100% sourdough panettone, with saffron, oranges, white chocolate and pistachio.

Probably one of the most difficult sourdough recipes in our portfolio, this panettone is truly a labor of love and patience, as it undergoes a very slow (several days) proofing process. You can’t really go wrong with this panettone during the holiday season and it has become a staple product of our bakery.

Does not contain any: commercial yeast, additives, improvers etc.

Please note: The holiday season menu is only available through online orders with personal pick-up from our bakery (Str. Nerva Traian, no. 16). These products are not available for home delivery and the order is only confirmed once online payment is registered (orders where payment is not made are not confirmed). Please specify the day (ex. 23 december) when you would like to pick up your order in the Notes field when you finalize the order.
