Traditional proofing basket, 22 cm diameter (for a maximum 1000 g dough). This banetton is made of rattan, which has excellent qualities regarding breathability, which aids dough proofing. The basket will imprint circular indentations into the dough, to form a rustic beautiful crust.

We highly recommend you flour the basket with rice or semolina flour before placing the dough in the basket. Clean it by removing rezidual flour with a brush and avoid moisture. If the basket gets wet place it in the oven at a low temperature (no more than 50 degrees C) until fully dry. Do not clean in the dish washer.
