Oval proofing basket made of rattan, 20X14 cm, for a maximum of 500 grams of dough.
This banetton is made of rattan, which has excellent qualities regarding breathability, which aids dough proofing. The basket will imprint circular indentations into the dough, to form a rustic beautiful crust.
We highly recommend you flour the basket with rice or semolina flour before placing the dough in the basket. Clean it by removing rezidual flour with a brush and avoid moisture. If the basket gets wet place it in the oven at a low temperature (no more than 50 degrees C) until fully dry. Do not clean in the dish washer.
